Because of the WCO and the WHO, public health and professional organizations met in Philadelphia, Dec 2001. The organizations above the dotted line, signed a declaration supporting VISION 2020, "the Right to Sight". Since then VOSH has furthered the cause by forming stronger partnerships with organizations in bold print above and below the dotted line.
